Ability to create a list for features and pull in the full screen/inline comment view URL

Issue: Need to share feature details with internal users who may not be Aha! savvy (they rarely need to use it), and I want to provide them with a direct link to a feature; however, I want them to land on the fullscreen view (fewer distractions and to promote the inline comment feature). The issue is that they likely won't figure out how to get to this section on their own, and as a result, I want to send them the direct link, but it is not an option to pull into the list report. I have to go into each feature and copy the full-screen view URL and swap it out within the report that I send to them.

Essentially the URL is .../features/C-533 vs. .../features/C-533?full_screen=6837572939813287536

Hopefully, this makes sense... I'm attaching some images to assist further, maybe.

(p.s. I did try presentations and secure webpages, but I don't see any way to allow for inline comments or even general comments - I could see Ideas being used here as well but not sure of the easiest way to do this since what I am sharing is not for the entire population to see - so I am open to suggestions)
