Custom Sort in List Reports

We would also like to add this functionality to the pivot reports. It makes sense especially for statuses, we want to be able to customise how we sort our reports. first to last | a to z is too limiting.
This is a very good idea and why I am on the ideas portal today! We have custom status lists and want to be able to assign their place in a soft that is NOT based on aphabetical. For example.. we changed "Shipped" to "Completed" because this works better for us. But we want Completed to be near at the bottom of the sort.
We might want something like this list to appear in this order on list reports (using a random list):
BLOCKED
AT RISK
ON TRACK
COMPLETED
