Allow worksheets to reference assigned_to_user on initiatives

Currently, the assigned_to_user can be accessed from worksheets for other records but not on initiatives.

    Thanks for the idea!

    The "self.assigned_to_user.name" field is now accessible for initiatives from worksheets.
