Friendlier email address for ideas portal emails Merged

We have had feedback from customers receiving emails from our ideas portal that they thought it was a phishing attempt, due to the unknown sender email address.

Can this be made to be friendlier so the email sender address focuses on the company name more, or an option to send on behalf of an address we specify?
