In cases where a Custom Header is required, items like Title, Portal URL, logo, etc., still need to be displayed. Providing access to these values, much the way is done in the email settings, for use in custom headers would allow the customization to remain flexible/up-to-date within the system.
Example - Created a custom header so the portal could use one logo (white text) while the email could use the one (dark text) uploaded on the Portal Branding tab. Still wanted the title of the portal to display in the header. Hard-coded text would not reflect a change in the name on the Settings tab, causing confusion.
Note: Set "Needed by" as "not sure" only because there is a work around for this particular case (use Javascript to pull the HTML page title and replace the innerHTML of the title inside the custom header).
