After adding text to the Description box in a Feature or requirement, there is no border to indicate that text is present. Some colleagues have glanced past the description box as they don't always realise there is some text to view.
I know there is the Preformatted option but that has to be done manually each time, but it would be more effective and efficient if the border already appeared.

With this change, the description has a more prominent and visible placement below the record's name and above all the other details in the record.

Just a quick update, I did manage to change the formatting in the description box using the preformatting option but when pushing to Jira, some random characters appear.
