When you have created a List Report, the ordering is defined based off the data of the items within the list e.g. alphabetical, Scorecard.
It would be great to order regardless of any data, similar to how Features and Master Features can be listed independently.
I am often requested to order Features based on the priority order the business wants to develop them in, which is often different to the order I need to show in the Feature/Master Feature view as that order is for a specific purpose. I’ve gotten around this to date by using a Scorecard to create a numerical ordering.
Great - Thanks for clarifying! I have updated the idea title so that it is easier for other customers to find and vote on.
Hi Kelly,
Exactly that.
Having to always order on a specific piece of data held against a record means that I have to think of creative ways to manipulate the order.
So as an example, I have List Report and I order it by highest value recorded against the Aha Scorecard value. That is great because it provides a baseline. However, we sometimes have to make decisions to that change the order that conflict the value against the Aha Scorecard.
If in those scenarios I could just re-order via drag and drop, it would be really powerful.
Many Thanks,
Mark
Thanks for the idea! Could you tell us more about how you would like to control the order of the features in the list report? For example, do you want to be able to manually drag them into a specific order?
