Clickable Collapsible Hierarchy View

I need a view that allows me to start at any initiative level an then click to show all directly subordinate children (no matter the work item type).

Those child items would be clickable to open/collapse as well.

I could add standard and custom fields to populate in-line with the work item.

This would be available from a company-level strategic initiative all the way down to a requirement's to-dos.
