Administrative knob to switch off or disable "Copy feature" capability Merged

Generally "copying" things helps and reduce repetitive activities. However, "copying" feature entries without care and attention leaves too much room for errors or mis-representing information if not properly groomed, for example, removal or adjustment of certain values in custom fields. It all depends on how it's set up and workflow etc, but it would be helpful if there is a way to disable "Copy feature" in an instance or any level of granularity.
