Required fields to be excluded from features in the parking lot

Required fields cannot be excluded from features in the parking lot currently. However, it would make sense that if you have a feature under your parking lot is because you still have to define certain things and you may not count at that time with some data that the feature card request you to fill in. So , for instance, if you want all your features to be linked to a master feature (mandatory), there is no need of this for the ones created under the parking lot. This could solve a lot of tagging issues, would make the tool more flexible and would cooperate with the management of it.
