Allow a Feature to inherit the Master feature score

when we intergrate with Jira the Feature should pass to the epic its score.

since we only score the MF, the score should be reflceted on the F level as well.

or, allow a Feature to inherit the Master feature score (possibly upon a bulk update per release).

      it should be the other way around IMO. the features under the master feature don't necessarily all have the same priority.
