Need to be able to attach files from portal responder to requestor

At the moment, only images are supported as file attachments. Need to be able to share every file type bi-directionally (i.e. PDF/PPTX/DOCX to be attached to the outgoing email to the user)

    We will continue to monitor this idea for community feedback around the need for attaching non-images as you noted.

    Can you please share a little more detail to help us prioritize?

    You can Attach files to your comments in response to an idea, which is then available in the idea to all of the subscribers.
