Ability to remove footer information from embedded view

As a User I want to ability to remove the Aha branding and login link as it looks odd when a Saved View is embedded in another website.

You can hide the footer and header using the attributes noted from this article: https://www.aha.io/support/roadmaps/strategic-roadmaps/collaboration/saved-views
From the Share as webpage modal, you can copy the Embed link to see how those attributes are used.
