Report headers that can be generalized

I'm looking to build a simple list report where the headers are things found on a variety of entities: ID, name, status, assigned to... etc.  I want the rows in the report to pull features, requirements, master features or whatever else that has those rows and fits the filters. 

Right now, each of those comes out in different columns and makes exporting and integrating into other systems/reports extremely difficult.
