Allow pivot columns/cell headers to display all the values that exist instead of just the ones that are selected.

We have a use case where we have so much data we have to filter to create multiple pivot tables instead of one master pivot table across all of our features. We want to export the data and consolidate in Excel, except it will be difficult to do when the cell headers aren't consistent. That's why we need to be able to display all the values.
