Sync to-do items to Outlook tasks Merged

While having some items such as Releases as all-day calendar items, syncing others as Tasks (notably To-do items) makes more sense as many people work off of a daily task list. Representing these items as tasks gives them the ability to mark them "Done" and work their list until it's empty.
