Allow the Estimate field to display time in measures other than days

Even though the length of months may not be consistent throughout the year, it is often easier to understand the estimate in months or weeks instead of days where a mental conversion is inevitable.

Ideally, I would like the ability to configure how I want that field to display. It could display in days, weeks, months, etc. with the understanding that "months" may not be accurate throughout the year.  This would really benefit product managers that are trying to understand time estimates across a long feature list at a glance.
