In accounts with several integrations, it would be helpful to be able to monitor their various integrations closely for any errors. This would help to avoid missing any errors. Having an API available to read integration logs could be helpful in solving this sort of monitoring challenge. -
We need a mechanism to automatically collect all of the errors/warnings that we can see in the “Integration Updates” for all of the workspaces
This API will enable us to reflect them in a corporate monitor system, and have control over our integrations, and error reports, for corporate-level, and product-level control.
This would be very helpful in our scenario, where we have multiple products and integrations but they are not managed individually by our Product Managers and are instead managed and maintained by a separate Operations team. If we had the ability to centrally look for integration problems, such as error or warning messages, or even to setup a heartbeat check for info type messages, that would be preferable than having to periodically manually review each separate integration. Allowing an API to pull logs into a central repository, for example a logging tool like SumoLogic, would allow end users to customize their log retention and set up the ability for customized alerting on specific problems.
