View ideas posted by a specific user

Sometimes users want to see other ideas posted by a specific user. We would like the ability to click on a user's name in an idea post to see other ideas they've posted.

It would also be nice to have the ability to search for a specific user (we overload the "first name" field with a user's unique user ID).

Finally, it would be nice if a user could "follow" another user and receive notifications when that user posts / comments / up-votes other ideas.
