Sprint list in filters Merged

We would like to deactivate old sprint values so they don't show in the dropdown but can remain on previous tickets. Ideally if there are no tickets on the board that have that value, the dropdown should automatically remove them. For example, all the tickets in closed releases that don't show on the board should not be accounted for when creating that list.
