Overall Personal Account Settings for Feature Card Settings

As a user, I have a specific way I want to see the cards on feature boards.  It doesn't make sense to me that the only options to customize these settings are on a board-by-board basis.  For large organizations like ours, this means I have to set the card settings over 2 dozen times, not counting any new boards that may be created in the future.

It seems logical to me that we should be able to have default card settings at the account level, so that I can go into my personal account settings, update my card settings, and then apply those settings universally to all boards.  Then, if I want to override my custom settings on a specific board for some reason I could do that on that board.
