    The Aha! ideas portal allows you to completely customize the terminology and fields used to capture ideas, including calling the ideas 'bugs'. You might want to consider creating a second portal customized this way for capturing defects.

    If this solution doesn't work well for you, please let us know a little more about your use case. Because this is currently possible, we are unlikely to add a new capability regarding this.
