Allow creating goals from the "quick add" menu Merged

We've set up our instance of Aha to manage OKR setting within the platform. While not a huge deal, it'd help us with tool adoption to be able to create Goals (we've mapped Key Results to them) while look at our roadmap views, rather than having to navigate to the Goals page and set them.
