Option to apply workflows and custom forms to all or multiple products Merged

When setting up things like idea workflows or custom forms for idea submission you currently have to apply these changes to each product individually. It would be good to have the option to apply the changes to the current product, multiple products or all products to save time.

    Thank you for the idea!

    • Currently, to assign forms/layouts to multiple products, you can assign the layout to a parent product line. Then any products underneath it which are set to 'inherit' a layout, will automatically use the parent's layout.

    • You can also configure a workflow as the default for any new products by using the 'Set defaults' button at the top of Settings > Account > Configure statuses and workflows. We don't currently support bulk assigning a workflow to multiple products at this time, but we are tracking an idea for it here.
