Integration with Zoho Desk

Integrate Aha! with Zoho Desk

 

I would like to be able to push tickets from Zoho Desk that are feature requests, to Aha where they are managed by the product team.
 
Currently, Zoho Desk customers can do a quick CONNECTION between Zoho Desk and AHA via "Zoho Flow".
P.S: Zoho Flow is an integration platform that helps you connect your apps without any code.
 
 However, Our customers  would be greatly benefitted if Aha is tightly integrated with Zoho Desk using Zoho Desk platform. You can access the Zoho Developer to build tighter integration between Aha and Zoho Desk.
 
"Aha" is already supported in our Zoho Flow apps. Tickets can be easily pushed from Zoho Desk to Aha account as ideas and features. Please refer: https://www.zoho.com/flow/apps/aha/integrations/
 
Here's the step-by-step process to configure a flow between Zoho Desk and Aha.
 
Step 1:  Sign-in to Zoho Flow and create a new flow
  • Click the "+" icon to create a new flow.
  • Enter the "Flow Name" and "Description"
  • Click on "Create" button.
Step 2: Configure an "App"
  • Click on the configure button under the "App" section.
  • Search for "Zoho Desk". Choose the app, and click on "Next".
Step 3: Set triggers when the status of a ticket is updated from Zoho Desk.
  • You can either choose the ticket update, or the ticket status update.
  • Update the connection details.
  • Choose your organization and the respective Zoho Desk department which you want to connect with Aha.
  • Select the relevant "Status" and click on DONE button.
Step 4: Create a new feature in the selected release of your Aha account
  • From the Zoho Flow chart, search for the Aha app.
  • Choose the "Create Feature" option and drop it in the Zoho Flow canvas area.
  • Establish the connection by choosing a "Release" from your Aha app.
  • Give a name to the connection, and choose a "Workflow Status" and "Workflow Kind".
  • Fill the other related details and click on the DONE button.
Step 5: Turn ON the flow and you are good to go.
  • Once you update the relevant status in your Zoho Desk tickets.
  • The same data will be pushed to Aha as features.

Note: You can check the "Summary" and "History" of your flow to check how it is performing.

The above suggested flow is just a sample to give you a glimpse of how easily you can connect both the services. You can configure more triggers and actions to make this integration much more seamless.
