I love being able to share presentations through secure links, as it allows me to report to the entire organization, as well as external stakeholders when needed. However, I often have large user story maps included in the presentation. Since one cannot zoom into the presentation, this feature becomes unusable, as the story map appears way too small on screen. If I publish a PDF of the presentation, though, I can set it to "Optimized for Viewing", which works great!
However, while I can share the presentation externally through secure link, this is not allowed for a PDF.
Would it be possible to either:
Ok great! There is also an idea asking more generally for zoom in notebooks here: https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-4632
If that is something that would also be helpful, please take a moment to vote on that one as well. Thanks!
Thanks Austin, I can work with that for now!
Hi there, thank you for your idea! I did want to confirm that you are aware of the option to allow views to overflow the slide container. While this does not allow the viewer to zoom on slides, it does allow you to display a large view (like a story map) in a larger size. Since it overflows the slide boundaries, you can scroll vertically or horizontally as needed to see the entire view.
In a presentation slide, click on a view and you will see the "Autofit" option in the right sidebar. Please let me know if this helps with what you were looking for or if there is still a need for zoom. Thank you!
