Collapsible Description

As a product owner, I would like to be able to collapse and expand the Description field so that it doesn't take up too much of the page resulting excessive scrolling to see content below the description.

Some descriptions can be extensive and this results in having to scroll quite a bit to get past it in order to see To Do's, Requirements, what-not that is further down.  It would be ideal if the Description field could be collapsed to about three rows.  This would allow the most important part to be displayed with the ability to drill into the rest if required.
