Allow Idea submitter name to populate onto the feature. Merged

As a product manager I want the name of the idea submitter to populate into the feature when an Idea is promoted so that design or engineering can follow up with questions.

Use case:

We use an Ideas portal to allow internal team members to submit ideas.  We want the ability to track that individual through features and subsequent requirements so that BA, UX or dev can track them down for followup questions.  When we do feature planning with the Idea submitters, going back and forth between Ideas and the feature card just to look up the submitter name is tedious and time consuming.

Ideally, it would be possible to push the name from the Idea all the way through our Azure Devops integration to the 'Reported By' field on User stories so that the engineers have direct access.
