Add Release Phase to Integration for Iteration Sync with JIRA or other systems Merged

By passing a value into the release phase at a feature/story level, external systems can sync sprints or iterations directly to the Aha Release plan and automatically update the release plan based on the field if a feature/story moves from sprint to sprint within a release.

For Example, a new sprint is created in JIRA and the sprint backlog is populated. The sprint ID is pushed to the story in Aha and is reflected as a phase in the Release Plan rather than having to manually move them in the UI.
