Commas in the Revenue fields

When users are filling out either the Net Revenue or Net pull-through Revenue the commas signifying thousands do not appear, thereby making them count in their head how many zeros they've added. If revenue is 1000000 it's hard to see if they've added 6 or 7 zeros. (We know the commas show up in the Idea Portal, but we also need them on the Idea Form to allow people speedy submission without mistakes.)
