ensure parking lot panel isn't wider than the viewport

What is the challenge?

• I use my laptop on an external monitor that is very high resolution. Whe I last used the epics board, I had the parking lot panel opened and dragged very wide. Later, on my laptop, I opened the epics board but could only see parking lot epics, with no close icon or apparent options to see non-parking lot releases

• I brought up the board on another laptop and discovered the same problem because the open parking lot and parking lot size are persisted.

• Eventually I was able to resolve it by resizing the browser smaller and then larger, causing it to redraw the parking lot panel.

What is the impact?

• unable to see non parking lot releases until it is resolved
