Add custom tables to API v3 and account level retrieval

What is the challenge?

• Replicating custom table records from Aha! Roadmaps into an external database requires separate API requests for each custom table and workspace.

• The existing workspace-scoped API supports updated_since, but integrations still need to query every table and workspace combination to discover changes.

What is the impact?

• Integration teams must make thousands of requests to replicate a small number of custom tables across a large workspace hierarchy.

• Replication consumes API capacity and delays other middleware processes that use the API.

Describe your idea.

• Add custom table record retrieval to API v3 with account-level listing across accessible workspaces.

• Support updated_since so integrations can retrieve changed records for a selected custom table without querying each workspace separately.

• Include the record ID, custom table identifier, workspace ID (product_id), update timestamp, and custom field values needed to maintain the external copy.

• Support pagination for large result sets and enforce the authenticated user's existing workspace permissions.
