Allow Claude read-only access for "Reviewer" permission level

What is the challenge?

  • Users with Reviewer Permissions cannot use the native Claude MCP connector. Only users with Contributor permission can successfully enable the Claude connector.

What is the impact?

  • Users who are asking questions that can be answered by strategy or roadmap items cannot get their answers

  • Allow a user to have read-only access to the Claude Connector just like they have natively in Aha!

    This is currently possible. An Aha! account administrator needs to enable “Enable view access for MCP server connections for reviewers and viewers” under Settings → Account → AI controls. Once enabled, you can connect Claude with read-only access using your existing reviewer permissions.
