Add Risk Flag to REST API

What is the challenge?

• I use Aha! for portfolio management. Updates come from different sources depending on the portion of the portfolio. I use the MCP Claude connection to centralize these Epic updates, but the risk flag is not available.

What is the impact?

• The update process cannot be fully automated, and I need to rely on manual changes to add/remove risk flags
