Allow administrators to set idea similarity thresholds

What is the challenge?

  • Aha! Ideas can recognize two ideas as similar without flagging them as potential duplicates because duplicate detection uses a higher similarity threshold.

  • Administrators cannot adjust the threshold to match their team's expectations or unique data for identifying related feedback and consolidating duplicates.

  • Product teams can miss potential duplicates that they expect to review and merge.

    You now have more control over AI idea similarity. Choose how closely ideas need to match to be identified as similar ideas or potential duplicates.

    Go to Settings > Account > Ideas: Configure to adjust the thresholds. Experiment with different settings to find what works best for your feedback.
