Set terminology on shareable webpage of a report

What is the challenge?
  • Our org operates multiple workspaces that the users who collaborate to edit and publish updates to a Roadmap report have access to. Each of these workspaces uses slightly different Terminology (i.e. Feature, Deliverable, Activity, etc. all are Aha feature-level records) to fit their own workflows.

  • The Roadmap report is published to a shared webpage that is intended for a specific audience of non-Aha users and the terminology they are familiar with is Feature.

  • Every time someone who is updating the Roadmap report forgets to first navigate to the correct workspace that uses the Feature terminology, they accidentally 'publish' the webpage report with another term showing.

What is the impact?
  • We often don't notice the terminology on the webpage has been accidentally changed by someone until the audience questions it or we're presenting it live, which is creating confusion and additional effort to go back and re-save the report when viewing it from the correct workspace.

  • It's also impossible to catch this discrepancy without viewing the webpage since all the other users who may be accessing the report from the correct workspace will see that workspace's terminology displayed, even though someone has published the webpage from the wrong workspace with the wrong terminology showing.

Describe your idea.
  • The shareable webpage settings already have a lot of configuration options which are very helpful for tailoring it to the intended audience. Please consider adding a control that lets the owner of the report select a specific workspace's terminology to always display in the report OR even manually specify overrides of terminology to display only for the report itself.
