Add Exclude Filter

What is the challenge?

• Only having an include filter makes it hard for report maintenance

What is the impact?

• As an example, if you try to filter by Assign To and only need to exclude vs include there is minimal maintenance but if you do include, if a new hire has been added and they are now part of the Assign To, you have to go through all your reports and make sure that new person is included in the filter.
