add 'status' to the 'show record detail' dropdown when referencing in comments (image 2) AND make the summary more clear (image 1 - looks like recent add of status on left, but it is easy to miss and confuse with the approval thumbs up on all items on the right)

There is already an icon for the status of the approval. However, it's very subtle and the completed marker to the right is even more distracting because a rejected approval to-do is marked with a green pill for its status with the date of completion in the pill. To the casual eye, this makes it look like the approval has been approved. Green means go, right? The very subtle, grey box with an x in to the left of the approval name is really easy to miss, especially given our evolved and conditioned preference for looking for RAG flags.
