Enhancement Request: Pin Comments on Ideas

What is the challenge?

• Important updates, decisions, and key context are often captured within idea comments. As comment threads grow, these critical updates become difficult to locate, requiring users to scroll through lengthy discussions to find relevant information.

What is the impact?

• Users spend time searching for key updates, decisions, and context, increasing effort and the risk of missing important information.

Describe your idea.

• Allow authorized users to pin/unpin idea comments so important updates remain visible at the top of the discussion thread while respecting existing permissions and visibility settings.
