More flexibility with customizing public display of roadmaps in the now, next, later display

What is the challenge?

• The customer-facing display configuration for the now-next-later roadmap is minimal, and we cannot make changes that will make the roadmap more customer-friendly.

What is the impact?

• Allowing companies using Aha! to customize public-facing roadmaps that fit their users' needs.

Describe your idea.

• Three changes that we would like to suggest:

  • allow displaying the content of the field in the drill down (pop-up window) without showing the label of the field (if the content of the field is long, then the table display creates a long scrolling and wrapping effect that is not user-friendly.

  • The customer sees the column title "workspace," which is not a customer-facing term. I would like to configure it to say "Product Area". So the label of the rows should be configurable (not just the three column labels)

  • Allow uploading icons to represent the different workspaces and present them in the roadmaps instead of the icon placeholder that is non-configurable today.
