Add button to create new idea from Ideas Themes screen

What is the challenge?

• Managing and associating ideas with themes stimulates new ideas, but I have to change screens to do so, then come back to the themes screen. Likewise (unless i missed it) there doesn't seem to be any way to add a Themes drop down to an Ideas custom layout.

What is the impact?

• Disrupts creative flow by switching screens, imposes additional burden on users and reduces efficiency.

Describe your idea.

• Simply enhance the Add option in the linked Ideas panel in the Themes screen to include an "Add New" option. Alternatively, add a button to create new Idea and associate with a Theme. Best of all, add a "+" icon on the theme tile to add a new idea directly there.
