What is the challenge?
In the Gantt view, expanding a schedule with no phases or activities shows an empty child row labeled “-” when the schedule has no related-schedule link. The blank row does not happen when there is a related record to the schedule.
What is the impact?
The blank row makes the Gantt difficult to scan and implies that an unnamed schedule phase or activity exists when it does not. It also causes visually inconsistent spacing across schedules.
Describe your idea.
Display schedules with no visible phases or activities always render as a single row in the Gantt without a blank row, regardless of whether they have related-schedule links.
