Show which layouts are used in account layouts on the custom layout page

What is the challenge?

• Currently you can see what workspaces are using a particular custom layout but there is no indicator if the layout is also being leveraged for the account-wide layout

What is the impact?

• It can be easy to miss if this layout is being adopted account-wide

Describe your idea.

• Add an account layout indicator for the custom layout "used in" section
