Show integration errors by integration link

What is the challenge?

• When there's an error on the outgoing integration update it flashes on the screen, then disappears. The user can easily miss that there's an error, and then they usually forget about it.

What is the impact?

• Users aren't aware that the changes weren't sent on the integration. Integration errors go unaddressed.

Describe your idea.

• Show a persistent error note next to the Integration link on the Feature/etc. Have the same detail that you can see from the Integration log so the user knows that there's an error and knows what is causing it.
