Allow pre-approval for Elle to complete scheduled tasks

Describe your idea.

• Allow users to grant Elle scoped, revocable pre-approval for specific actions within a scheduled task.

• Users could define the allowed action types—such as creating a to-do, adding a comment, or notifying designated users—and limit approval to a particular schedule, workspace, record type, or set of records.

• Each automated action should be logged and visible for auditability, with users able to review activity, change permissions, or disable pre-approval at any time.

• Higher-risk actions, such as deleting records or changing strategic commitments, should continue to require manual approval.
