Add ability to filter the Aha! Roadmaps | Strategy roadmap according to idea themes

What is the challenge?

• We have ideas categorized by themes and we are not able to filter by theme ideas in this roadmap

What is the impact?

• Our BU needs to be able to report progress per Theme
