Configurable "create" layout for studies and interviews

What is the challenge?

• Studies and interviews do not have a dedicated Create layout view. Teams cannot tailor the interview creation screen to their research process or designate fields as required.

What is the impact?

• Study and Interview records can be created without consistent context and data

• Add a Create layout view for Studies and interviews, consistent with other record types. Allow users to customize the fields shown on the creation screen and mark custom fields as required.
