Make "Phase" tab of Releases formattable.

What is the challenge?

• Phases tab of Releases is not customizable and provides very limited value. Name and date don't provide meaningful insight into the phases. Going into each individual phase for more information is inefficient.

What is the impact?

• Stakeholders can not get an overview of phases at a glance when viewing a Release. They must go into each individual phase to see things as simple as a status. Just showing release name and date ranges is not providing significant value.

Describe your idea.

• Make the Phase tab layout customizable as other views and tabs are. Let us surface statuses, progress, asignee, etc... it will provide much more value.
