Bug - Whiteboard when adding Icons error and refresh needed

What is the challenge?

• When adding an icon on a whiteboard, the system throws and error, you need to refresh the screen to see there are two icons, one very tiny, then a second on regular size. this is happening consistently everytime I add an icon to the board. I also noticed that the Icon submenu is not showing at all, maybe that is causing the error and the need to reload the page as is not even shown in the pane.

What is the impact?

• An error is display, a refresh of the screen is needed, a deletion of the tiny duplicated icon.
