Choose date granularity on custom roadmap timeline

We need the ability to set date granularity separately from the zoom - IE we want to set some of our shared webpages to look over a year period but only show quarter granularity. Then we want other roadmaps to look over a year as well but show month granularity.

We used to be able to do this using the date granularity control but now this has been taken away, simply adjusting the zoom is not a good enough solution.

This is important for us to control what information we are communicating to our customers.
